Account Managers' tasks include, but are not limited to, enhancing sales through inquiring of new programs by working closely with sales and following up on repeat jobs with new opportunities as well as ECO's, due date management, customer visits, monthly and yearly forecasting, NPI execution, margin monitoring, issue quotes and follow-up and contract negotiations. The position requires frequent interaction and coordination of information within all functional areas of the company. Complexity of information and the frequent receipt of changing information requires independent judgment and action based on demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing process and customer requirements.
