      I was primarily responsible for leading and managing INCLUDED activities in Bangladesh and also had management responsibility for INCLUDED Bangladesh staffs. As the the Country Director I worked closely with the International Countries Director, the entire in-country team and, where appropriate, the Executive Management Team. I developed the Country Strategy for INCLUDED and led the implementation of that strategy in accordance with five year, annual and quarterly plans. I also helped INCLUDED in (a) maximizing the impact of INCLUDED’s activities within Bangladesh by using Logical Frameworks consistent with INCLUDED’s programs; (b) monitoring and evaluation of all programs and activities, including reporting of key indicators and other required information internally and to donor organizations and other concern agencies; (c) developing effective relationships and partnerships within Bangladesh, including media management; (d) Human Resources Management (recruitment, management, learning and development, and performance appraisal); (e) executing all operational, contractual, legal, regulatory, financial, budgetary and fiscal matters; (f) organizational development specifically the development of best practice around activities and management, and demonstration of values consistent with INCLUDED’s “DNA”.       I Worked at the Cabinet Division as the head of the ‘CRVS & Social Protection Branch’ and supervised two sections i.e. 'Social Protection' and 'CRVS Section. I had the responsibilities of discharging the national level coordination on behalf of the Cabinet Division regarding Civil Registration and Vital Statistics system and also the Social Protection systems of Bangladesh. In one hand I led the SP section that provides secretarial support to the ‘Central Management Committee’ of the govt. in coordinating implementation of the 'National Social Security Strategy'. On the other hand I led the CRVS section that manages CRVS Secretariat and implementation and coordination of CRVS activities in Bangladesh. It also provides secretarial support to the "CRVS related Steering Committee". I implemented three different projects as Deputy Project Director simultaneously i.e. UNDP supported 'SSPS Programme'; ‘Technical Support for CRVS System Improvement in Bangladesh’; and finally UNICEF supported 'Support to the CMC’s Policy Guidance on Child Component of the NSSS’. During this tenure I prepared concept notes i.e. (a) WFP supported ‘Technical Assistance to Promote Nutrition Sensitive Social Protection’ project; (b) ‘International Conference on CRVS, 2018’ held on 23-25 January 2018, organized by the Cabinet Division. I designed, developed and implemented this conference as its Conference Manager. I also had the unique opportunity to support (as a team member) the govt. in preparing and developing (a) the CRVS Enterprise Architecture for Bangladesh and (b) the Ministry/ Division wise NSSS implementation action plans. I developed and prepared an innovative combined draft action plans for the SDG targets 1.1 to 1.4, 16.5 and 16.6 of the Cabinet Division. I also designed, organized and managed 8 Divisional level training programs for the UNOs on the NSSS; and several national level workshops and seminars on NSSS, CRVS and SDGs.
