      At Bruce Mather Ltd, I was responsible for adding and updating tenant and property details on CFP, Rightmove and Zoopla. I would respond to any enquiries about viewings via telephone or e-mail, and also arrange viewings with tenants and landlords. A high level of customer service and interaction was required as part of my role at Bruce Mather. My role also involved liaising between tenants and landlords regarding any repair or maintenance work which needed to be carried out at the properties. I was responsible for gaining details of the repair work and forwarding on works orders to contractors, in order for them to arrange to go out and carry out the repairs. The duties at Bruce Mather varied from day to day, however, some of the tasks which I carried out on a daily basis included rent chasing, carrying out and updating inventories at properties, arranging valuations and inspections, typing up landlord inspection letters, general filing and organising tenant details, gathering applications and updating tenant details with electricity and gas service providers. I was also given the opportunity to design the Company tout for promotional purposes, using the knowledge and skills that I gained through the Marketing & Advertising modules at University.       My role as an EU261 Claims Administrator in the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) department primarily involved investigating and entering information regarding flight delays, subject to the EC261 guidelines. I was responsible for dealing with confidential information regarding passengers and cabin crew members, as well as liaising with other departments such as Customer Service, Customer Relations, Legal, and Engineering. My role also included researching and entering data in to Excel spreadsheets for the Civil Aviation Authority, so I have ample experience with Excel, as well as other Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher. I also occasionally assisted Ground Operations with Daily Delay Reports, Captain’s and Sales Briefs for Adhoc flights, as well as Operational Returns.
