  HVAC/ Plumbing Manager

  In my daily schedule I take care of anything to do with HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and fire suppression. Under that is all aspects of each including boiler, chiller, ahu's, pumps, building automation. Plumbing is 150 urninals, same amount of toilets both flushometer and tank types. Domestic hot water tanks and smaller water heaters both electric and gas. Have done both soldering, brazing, and used propress. I also have a gastite license. Kithen equipment includes all reachin and walk-in freezers and coolers, combi ovens, convection ovens, fryers, flattops, dishwashers. I have ice machine repair and cleaning experience. Fire systems are both wet and dry, have done trip tests on dry, also been involved in a building management installation of over a million dollars which saved the company many times over due to efficiencies. Over the time I have been doing this job I have learned that a good team is only as good as you make it. I have much more to offer and hope that you take the time to find out more. Show less
