  I was recruited to be new director's administrative assistant where I was also in charge of timekeeping, contracts, expense reports, etc. Later my position was changed to junior project manager. I was one of several project managers who worked with field personnel to implement a network element inventory software to bolster response time in the event of a network outage.

  Ran day-to-day operations of national nonprofit educational association which sought to educate career services personnel in higher education settings and recruiters in K-12 school districts of their respective needs and trends. Within 3 months of my hire and just weeks before the annual national conference, the on-site executive director went on the first of two medical leaves. Two long distance consultants followed. One helped on a volunteer basis for 1.75 years until she died; the second one, engaged 6 months later, was subsequently hired as the part time executive director, working mostly off-site.Each year we compiled and distributed 3 publications, did a national research study, and held a national conference in a different city each year.
