      My current duties: I- HR functions 1- Personnel: - Arranging social insurance forms 1, 6 & 2. - Arranging cars forms to renew cars license. - Control vacations. - Archiving all employees' files. - Handling Vodafone Account. - Monthly Reports (Employees Data & Turnover). - Dealing with Loans requests, Employees custody, Investigations. - Respond to employees’ queries and complaints to achieve employees’ satisfaction. 2- Payroll: - Attendance management & deductions. - Revise Salaries every month. - Set bank sheet & transfer salaries online. - Submit Tax Return (Declaration) every quarter. 3- Recruitment: - Preparing and achieving Manpower plan depends on priorities and budgets. - Collect CVs, screening and making interviews. - Preparing, Negotiating and finalizing job offers with the candidates. - Orienting new employees with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, working conditions, and career path. - Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. 4- Performance Management: - Managing the performance appraisals process. - Coordinate all employees’ evaluation with Line Managers to set KPIs and set incentive scheme. - Link between Employees & Top Management. II- Administrative Affairs: - Private medical insurance. - Car License renewal. - Car insurance. - Fleet control. - Travelling procedures (Visa, flight tickets, accommodation & travel allowances). - Organize Guest visit (Invitations, Hotels, flight tickets, visit touristic places, etc...). - Rent cars for Guests / Employees. - Supervise all administrative support teams (Secretary, Cleaning Staff & Couriers). - Ensure bills payments on time. - Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains clean, safe, secure, and well maintained.
