I conferred with then famous body builders such as Serge Nubret, Danny Padilla, Boyer Coe, Frank Zane and even a short meeting with Arnold Schwarzenegger. I have been in the business world in highly held positions but managed to stay in top condition using the methods and techniques I've learned over the years. I can promise maximum results in 30-45 minutes a day 2-3 days a week using my proven methods. I have published a simple guide that explains my theory and lays out a day by day workout routine based on the aforementioned information.
