Set up by the Punjab Govt in 2015, this elite institute, located in Mohali, provides a three year residential program to Girls after 12th standard, who wish to become commissioned officers in the Armed Forces. The training focuses on a holistic development instilling moral values, interpersonal skills, Organisational ability, Leadership qualities, Discipline and other soft skills targeting an all round development into a better candidate for future. The regime is strictly as per Academy standards, giving the lady cadets a peek into the life ahead, all along gradually transforming them into women of substance and better and capable leaders for future.
