  Hi, In GM I have worked on the development of framework which access the risk [operational] of raw materials in the supply chain of general mills, which assists strategic operational decisions. The prime refrence in this project are taken up from SCOR model and rangel et al recommendations. In this project we have understand the behaviour of raw materials using concepts of descriptive statistics and fuse it with AHP to involve users interpretation of risk, in order to generate risk profile of raw materials. The prime feature of this methodology/framework is it's scalability to the number of risks and impacts it can analyse and it's adaptability with different functional group of supply chain (ex.
