      Founder, Director and Manager

I Founded the Artistry of Movement ISA in Alaska and began teaching my performing conepts from 1992 untill 2006. I worked with specifically from Alaska, Austria and Montana hoasting a ten week training program from my home and home rink in Wasila Alaska. In 2006 I relocate and introduced AOMISA concepts of training to skaters in Utah as the head coach. 2012 I began to travel the country working with skaters on Spins, Style, Choreography and the mindset and the Artistry of Movement training concepts of being an Ice Artists. I had come to find that it is helpful for the skaters to have a outside voice that his or her coach is comfortable with. It has been uplifting to be a voice of trust and inspiration to so many children and adult athletes across the globe. Show less

    • BLACKICE

      Oct 2015 - now
      Kujichagulia Conservatory Founder and Director

Much like performing arts schools, our Kujichagulia Conservatory original class fixtures will teach skaters old and new the Art of Performing on Ice. Also giving them the opportunity to be a part of performances we will host throughout the year. Everyone who aspires to perform on ice is encouraged to join the Company and one day will possibly have the opportunity to travel and perform in theater events around the country and world. February 2015 our company Color Of Ice Productions INC was sought out by an African American skating parent looking for Inspiring Coaching for her child. In April Roi and I went to Harlem, NYC and I gave an inspirational talk to her daughter and a group of Africa American skaters. We visited the area again in July, August and September. October 24th we used our own finances and launched the Kujichagulia Conservatory at The National Black Theater and took the ice at Mackay Ice Rink on October 25th and 26th. The excitement of this opportunity has prompted our campaign for the inner city youth of Houston, Tx as well around the country #BLACKICE. We are continuing to except donations for Scholarships and need yours and the communities support. Show less
