  Flipkart Grocery Redesign: Complete redesign of the Grocery experience, leading to a remarkable revenue increase from 200cr to 300cr in the first month and 450cr in the subsequent month.Seller Acquisition Website Redesign: Overhauled the Seller-facing website, resulting in a 500% surge in sign-ups and optimizing the monthly ad budget by saving approximately 50k.Product Innovation: Savings Widget: Designed a live-updating savings widget for Grocery, contributing to a 1.4% growth in Gross Revenue (exceeding the expected 0.7%), effectively doubling the anticipated growth. Additionally, played a key role in designing various interactions for product innovation.In my time, I played a crucial role in projects like FK Quick, Travel, and major sales events, showcasing my commitment to product innovation.
