  Working on the Remotely operated underwater Vehicle for the ASU Racing team, working specifically on the image processing part and the depth control.my tasks involved working with OpenCV and segmentation of colors, detecting contours and then path finding to move the ROV autonomously by sending error to the PID.i worked with AZURE with customvision.ai for a brief task as well.working with the raspberry pi 3+ was a must to help understand the ROV system

  at the internship , we are learning about Laser scanning techniques and Photogrammetry and how to use both of those in game development using unreal engine 4.we ere working on developing a FPS game set at abandoned reimagining of the faculty of engineering -Ain shams., i developed the gameplay elements and the AI for some of the enemies and level design.The game can run in VR (HTC Vive) and normal mode.with different controls and similar gameplay.

  I am working on 4 Different Projects forming a pipeline to one main project.CameraStreaming:Worked with Matlab (and python) to Form a video streaming camera object that reads all info (Resolution/Focal Length..) about the connected Cameras (Zed/Webcam/IPCam/USB) and Grabs Images (Or the RTSP Stream) from the cameras and Passes it into the second layerRealTime Object Detection and Tracking:Using the image, Object Detection Takes place using YOLOv3 (Image AI/Matlab/..) and then objects are segmented using the depth info from zed Camera, Point cloud for each object is obtained with a time stamp.Tracking is done using the Hungarian algorithm and Kalman filter -SORT- as a blueprint, but I added also the support of using Depth and real-world x and Y location relative to the cameraRealTime Velocity Calculation:Using the detected Objects and point clouds, Velocity is calculated for each, and Filtering is done on the data.Python Flask Object Detection Backend:An Alternative for YOLOv3, a backend flask server runs and each object detection script communicates with it to classify the image.Currently, it runs an ImageAI Network, later on, it’s planned to implement multiple object detection networks.
