It was my role to motivate our team toward a target of £2.6 million. As the imaging specialist on the sales team I was required to install and demonstrate multiphoton systems. I was tasked with providing the best possible service for customers in an ever changing field. I Directly managed a team of 5 enthusiastic customer support associates. A large part of my role was the development of other members of my team as for most this is their first job after graduating. This involves travelling to visit decision makers at many different institutions and ensuring success as part of a consultative sales process.
