Machine and Manpower efficiency.-Operating of all the MDR (Machine Date Recorder) machines, which give us the idea about loss time and actual production time for machines. Main Objective of our department is that, all 20 production lines should be feed with Material without any downtime.-Study manufacturing drawing and conveying same to production team.-Sequence of operations and Time study.-To provide guidance and training to operator to minimize the operation time.-Take care about safety of worker during working.-Preparation of job schedule to achieve target of production.-Inspection of job after completion on machine and off machine.-Inspection Report and Approval from QC DEPT.-Machine cleaning and Scrap storage.   Software Asset/License Management -Update and Upgrade new licenses with FlexLM, RLM, LMX, DSLS, LUM and other proprietary license managers-Maintain license compliance as per the vendor agreements. Assess the license usage on frequent intervals and manage non-compliant users by corrective actions-Doing analysis on license usage patterns and provides suggestions to optimize usage and procurement suggestions during renewal resulting in cost savings.-Track license renewal and coordinate with client and Vendor for upgrade -Coordinate with change manager and Wintel/Unix team for approval and implementation of activity-Prepare Budget reports for license for financial year. -Configure and manage license usage monitoring in Altair HiQube, OpenIT and PHP watcher.
