  Worked as an intern with Goodwill International's mission services department as a team leader for a group of developmentally disabled participants between the ages of 16-21. I was required to teach the participants job skills and monitor their progress through the program. In monitoring I was responsible for taking notes on the participants which depicted their progress and sending it to their appropriate office member.
