      I provided technical supervision and led the establishment of MEL framework, theory of change and maintenance of the routine program monitoring system, including data management (focusing on database design, quality, aggregation & data presentation). I facilitated routine data collection, compilation, analysis & action planning, I assisted in evaluations & assessments and promoted program learning and knowledge management.I also provided ad hoc support to emergency response in an organization whose main focus is to deliver lifesaving and life-changing interventions to the world's poorest and most vulnerable people from rapid emergency response to innovative development programming, that goes to the hardest to reach places to make sure that no-one is left behind on multiple projects such as Saving Lives (Health), LNGB (Education), WASH and Emergency Response.During my time here, I built skills in M&E framework formulation, identifying indicators and critically vetting them to ensure that they speak to programmes’ objectives. I also mastered the development of M&E plans and its roll out whilst making decisions on key results to communicate and in what form.       Admay led the implementation of a public financial management and system strengthening project at regional level with its main objective to improve Sierra Leone’s ability to raise, allocate and account for the use of public funds so that they can be efficiently invested in services including education, health, and growth. Admay provided oversight and technical support to consortium partners on key project activities such as the creation of new evidence through research (writing research designs), supporting policy advocacy, engaging citizens on the budget to improve their ability to participate in governance process, organizing events and outreach, perceptions surveys and budget monitoring. He led on stakeholders’ relationship building and management. Admay managed the information and knowledge component of the project, reviewed partners workplans, reports, drafts quarterly reports to the level of FCDO and prepare talking points for government engagement. Admay was a key part in drafting and reviewing of policy briefs on tax waivers and production of easy-to-read papers on corruption and tax studies which provided recommendation and guide to system strengthening and improving their ability to deliver services. He oversaw the risk management for the project, ensured forecasts are accurate and spending variances are eliminated. Admay wrote ToRs, evaluation criteria and sat on panels for recruitments of consultants and provided technical support acting as first contact for consultants within the project. Admay was the MEL lead on the project collaborating with Christian Aid’s MEL Coordinator, ensuring indicators are monitored, progress is tracked, calibrates data collection tools, design tools on electronic platforms, supports data analysis and carries out DQAs within the project. Admay served as the communications lead, responsible for drafting blogs, managed webpage, reviewed media and outreach contents, and coordinated external events. Show less
