The Project is the largest project to date in the Mason Clinic Re-development programme, and the Project. $10m+ Silverdale School Project comprising of an ECI stage, weather tightness remediation work and a two level building 12 teaching classroom is currently on tract to be delivered early and on budget. $50m Balmoral School Major redevelopment. This project was a multi staged project with 6 separable portions. The construction was over a 3 year time frame with all construction work being completed within a live school environment with staged handovers.
