Oct 2013 - Apr 2015Assistant Store ManagerAs the Assistant Manager I continually worked in partnership with my Store Manager to oversee a team of elite sales associates to drive and meet key business needs. As it pertained to my position, within one month of hire I rose the client capture rate to highest in company and 23% above company average. Within two months I rose client capture rate to highest in company while surpassing company set standard. I continually oversaw store sell-through reports and communicated allocation needs to both District Manager and Corporate buying team to allow the store to sell through the appropriate product. I held weekly touch base meetings with associates to discuss their previous weeks client business and coached them through their action plans for the coming week. Once a week, I delivered thorough weekly business results to District Manager through Weekly Recap templates for review. I have continually received semi-annual bonuses based on performance reviews drafted by Store Management and approved by District Manager. In December 2014, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was the acting Store Manager of the only Theory boutique in Northern California. Under my leadership, during a company audit, I cut the stores previous score in half, resulting in the highest score the store has ever received. Apr 2015 - Dec 2019I was promoted from Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager of the 2nd Leased boutique in San Francisco in August of 2017. I hosted two Store Wide meetings delivering product knowledge and CELINE heritage. I continually hosted Morning Meetings in partnership with the Saks Fifth Avenue team to showcase new product deliveries. I ended my first year in the business of 2017 as a profitable boutique, by monitoring my business costs and expenses while delivery sales. Beginning my first full year as Store Manager, I had many successes. As an example, in the month of September 2018 I achieved my commercial target ten days into the month. In 2018 I was the only Leased Boutique to have a Made To Order transaction for the entire year for an exotic handbag, I was able to secure the deposit and follow through with the customer experience to provide a true luxury experience. In my first year as Store Manager, I ended 2018 +56% to LY, ending the year highest to LY comp in the company. I delivered consistent success with my business beginning in the second half of the year. For my first inventory of 2019 I delivered zero discrepancies, showing a perfect inventory. As a Casino VIP Host I am primarily catered and provided elevated customer services to Casino VIPs and Diamond Status Guests, at our Tucson location as well as our sister Southern Arizona location in Sahuarita, AZ•As a Casino Host I work under Player Development, a division of the Marketing and Public Relationship department. I am one team member out of a group of thirteen carefully selected individuals who drive business from 4% of the Casino Guest population that provides the Casino with over 50% of its revenue.
