      RedVector 2018 Safety Champion Award RedVector Mar 2018 Recipient of 2018 RedVector Safety Champion Award for role in upgrading PPE for Forming Dept. employees corporate wide. Industry wide, Forming Dept. employees are exposed to extreme temperatures and cut potential from glass. The Hot Mill gloves being worn provided limited heat protection and minimal cut protection. After months of searching for a glove that still allowed dexterity, we added a Kevlar glove liner that adds 100-200 of additional heat protection and a Cut Level 5 protection.
