Ensure that medical summary report is co-signed by a Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist in order for the summary to be submitted as medical evidence to SSA. Be responsible for submitting comprehensive medical evidence to SSA/DDS. Ensure all relevant medical evidence is submitted to SSA/DDS within the timeframes outlined by the program.
