  2023: The more you Give the more you Grow.Most of the time spent on nurturing the talent for future. I have tried to guide the new generation on things which I have learnt so far be it employees or the students (customers).2022: Normal efforts will reap normal results, if you want extra you need to put extra efforts. Building out a product for 'Healthcare Working Professionals' to help them grow in their careers.Finding out known from unknown requires that contant urge for these extra efforts. This year putting all the extra efforts in different projects I am managing simultaneously. Show less 2021: You always have two choices (1) you can sit and complaint about things, (2) standup and bring change what you want to see.This thought was one of the turning points of my professional life. Established 'The Billionaires Club' with a propose to build an environment of Trust, Fun and Innovation at Virohan. Started identifying what all gaps are there in the system and solving it.2020: Having great leaders around you is pure luck and so lucky I am to have such mentors.With their guidance I had tried multiple small initiatives through MVPs and some Pilots. Failed on some, Succeeded on some but learnt from all. Tested hypothesis, validated learnings and scaled 2 successful pilots related to increasing customer satisfaction.2019: Understanding the business need and adding skills accordingly is always important. My inclination towards data and constant process improvement were observed by many and here comes the turning point, the Founders gave me an opportunity to establish the Operations department with an objective of smooth delivery of education through Blended learning teaching concept (New age teaching concept) envisioning this methodology will disrupt the education industry. We are on the path to do so. Show less 2018- The beauty of a startup is that everything is unorganised. Through constant learning and courage you can make things organized.Being part of Recruitment Success Team at Virohan (Department which takes care of students Internship and Placements in healthcare industry) I identified, prioritised and build few important SOPs to let things flow smoothly. Lucky I was reporting to the Founder I learnt the power of Tracking each and everything. I started tracking both of important stakeholders (Students & Industry) and took decisions on the basis of tracked data. Show less
