  As a Resident Assistant at Quinnipiac University, I was a Resident Assistant for anywhere between 32 and 56 residents. Responsibilities included weekly meetings, monthly bulletin boards, 5 to 7 programs a semester, and shifts ensuring safety and adherence to rules approximately 20-25 nights a semester. Also as a Resident Assistant, I was assigned to a committee, and for two years I was partially responsible for the process of selecting future Resident Assistants. During my final year as a Resident Assistant I was placed on a diversity committee in which I helped to plan campus wide diversity awareness programs and specific diversity training for other Resident Assistants. During my time with the office I prosecuted close to 20 Jury Trials and argued numerous motions to suppress and motions to dismiss. This experience allowed me to become very comfortable in the court room in front of a judge. I also had the opportunity to do research and write memorandums of law based on certain cases. As an Assistant District Attorney one of the most important skills I was able to develop was multitasking and thinking quicker on my feet.
