  I am primarily involved in managing projects ranging in value from £10,000 upwardsWhilst I have some experience in estimating, I am mostly responsible for keeping track of variations on site. I also prepare valuations and final accounts for submission to clients. I attend pre-contract meetings with clients and sub-contractors to agree details of forthcoming projects, and attend site meetings to deliver reports on the progress of the job and outstanding issues that may have arisen.I have also successfully worked on gaining accreditation with ISO14001 (Environmental Standard) for MCC, writing the Environmental Plan for the company and introducing procedures to meet the required standard. Among my other responsibilities I update the training records of the site staff and apply for grants through CITB. I have recently been responsible for ensuring all site staff successfully gain their CSCS cards. My current employers sponsor my education at The College of Estate Management. Show less
