  • Work with an interdisciplinary team to execute product designs from concept level to production including CAD designing, prototyping, validation, testing and certification.• Design mechanical components, sheet metal frames and enclosure along with structural and thermal analysis and also seismic analysis of whole tool.• Handling product development functions including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, design & testing activities; Vendor development, supplier interaction and engineering change orders (ECO) and releasing final manufacturing drawings and Bill of Materials.• Worked on mechanical integration of a RF match to the source assembly for plasma based applications.• Involved in design and integration of gas delivery and exhaust modules for vacuum applications.• Design/modify mechanical engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specification.• Managing overall operations to ensure timely accomplishment of delivery targets within the time.• Involved through the complete product development cycle, from leading design reviews and discussions to interaction with suppliers to the first build and product release.• Provide tool build support and documentation and prepare technical specification of subassemblies and module used in design.• Coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components/equipment and identify source of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues.• Managing the Master Models for most of the Anneals and Gate Stack Products and reviewing and approving any modification as the MLA approver through the ECR process.• Mechanical CAD and PLM tool improvisation, defining best known methods (BKM), Continuous process improvement in design methodology for cycle time reduction.• Mentor team mates on internal drawing and design standards as per SEMI standards.
