      I worked in the Call Center helping customers with their benefit questions, updating information, helping find providers for their needs, working with providers offices to verify benefits and getting prior authorizations. I worked closely with Claims and the Pharmacy department as well to resolved any issues. I also worked in the Medicare Department explaining our Medicare Plans, solving any concerns or issues our members may have. I worked diligently to make sure customers were on the correct plan for their medical needs and well as pharmaceutical needs.
