      Leading transformation programmes to agreed deliverables, time, quality and cost principally working on major national programmes across NHSEI, NHSx and NHSDConsultancy Lead for the Gloucestershire areaProgramme Director of NHSEI Digital Primary Care Programme 22/23, a £1m+ contract across 6 workstreams providing 7FTE of Project and Programme Managers, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis support. The programme delivers enhancements and contractual requirements relating to the Primary Care Incentivisation schemes. Included negotiating and finalising proposals for this 22/23 work, which built upon initial successful discovery work carried out in Q4 of 21/22.Programme Manager of national General Practice Appointment Data (GPAD) Programme, working across NHSEI, NHSD and NHSx to improve the range and quality of General Practice Data and supporting manifesto commitments such as the increase in appointments, and the responses to Covid such as the growth in online appointments, covid vaccinations, and linkages with supplier capacity and capabilities. Initially for 3 months to bring 2020/21 Programme on track, then extended to cover 2021/22 for handover to permanent NHSx team in Jan 2022.Programme Manager of the national GPPCF Programme across the Collaborative of all 5 CSUs across England and with NHSx, NHSEI, NHSD and a major international supplier in the USA. Developed and improve the service offered while also transferring those services into a new CSU Collaborative, including digital and business change, staff transfer and commercial development.
