      Activities and Societies: While obtaining my Masters from Clarkson University I was working full time as Plant Controller at Kraft Foods. As a food manufacturing company all product with packaging defects were disposed. I worked with a local food bank to donate this product throughout the North East.

Primary responsibilities included Vendor Relationship management, Asset Management, Policies and Procedures, lifecycle and print architecture, service levels and associated budgets in an outsourced environment.• Managed IT costs and invoices in excess of $30 MM.• Implemented print and workflow infrastructure that reduced cost while increasing security; resulting in 25% lower cost and delivering > 95% client satisfaction rating (the highest any project at Kraft has ever received).• Collaborated with human resources to more rapidly provide technology, tools and training to new hires significantly reducing on boarding time by 75%. • SME called upon by senior management f¬¬or RFP and ITIL expertise.
