Senior counsel in the legal negotiation of supplier agreements, corporate governance, legal compliance, consumer law, privacy and gaming regulatory issues. Member of Codere's online legal team that managed the merger with DD3 Capital Partners (an American SPAC) and subsequent listing in the NASDAQ Stock Exchange, which made us the first Spanish gaming company traded in the USA. In charge of Codere’s Online Malta-based compliance duties, such as regulatory filings, due diligence coordination, anticorruption (FCPA), AML/CFT and fraud investigations.
