  Located in CABGOC Malongo Block 0, Area B Offshore, this facility comprises five platforms and one FPSO.The primary responsibilities of the offshore maintenance technician include:- Annual compliance testing and inspections of PSVs.- Corrective actions for PSVs that have failed inspections.- Scheduling maintenance activities for all platforms.- Maintaining a comprehensive record of all maintenance activities.- Monitoring and recording the current and historical condition of all assets on-site.- Maintaining and monitoring inventory stores.- Tracking the purchase of inventory stores and materials for work orders.- Implementing the PSV Governance program for filed repairs on PSVs during SIMOPS and Turnaround activities.- Maintaining a database of all maintenance information.- Recording maintenance records for all valves in JD Edwards/Oracle/E1 systems. Show less **PSV Governance:**- Remove PSVs, inspect, pre-test, strip, document, overhaul, final test, and certify. All work will be performed offshore using a Ventil test and repair container.**SDV/BDV Compliance:**- Annual greasing of blowdown/shutdown valves with Sealweld pumps and grease.- Troubleshooting and repairs on valves, gearboxes, and actuators.- Impact team field support: Troubleshooting of all valve types in the field and inline repairs.**PSV Compliance:**- Inline pressure/function testing of pressure safety valves using nitrogen and a test manifold.- Valve shop: Maintenance, repair, and testing of pressure safety valves, control valves, manual valves, shutdown valves, blowdown valves, gearboxes, and actuators.- Seal shop: Refurbishment of mechanical seals.**Installation and Removal of Valves:**- Bench set Fisher actuators.- Calibration of Fisher 3582 and 3560 positioners.- Torque bolts with rapid torque equipment.- Training assistance.- Perform all work in accordance with procedures.
