This new capability allowed our wealth management area to serve more customers, improve customer experience, compete for more advisors, and build talent pipelines. Currently there are over 50 new advisors serving hundreds of new customers. This has accumulated to millions in new assets under management, helping more customer reach financial security.- Implemented a new operating model within the wealth management business line. This operating model has aided to an increase of 25% in work throughput by helping the business line better prioritize work and limit work in progress.
