Leads the business unit processes in an effort to improve customer satisfaction and retention through optimal parts supply chain management. Directly manages Parts Specialist in the execution of Field Service and Make Ready Center for proactive parts replenishment and reactive hold for parts recovery processes. Also manages activity in support of BTO Parts Strategy Project in partnership with Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement team. Accountable for the overall parts supply chain performance in multiple Field Service regions. Serves in advisory capacity to Regional Field Service Directors, providing insights to drive Field Service performance through parts related activities. Indirectly manages $40 million dollars in CCR parts supply chain inventory. Indirectly manages $10 million dollars of CCR revenue recoupment through direct service/field agents. Directly responsible for $1.4 million dollar regional labor budgets. Provides HFP invoicing and adjustment analysis for respective regions. Engages in continuous improvement for parts supply chain processes and technologies. Leads the business unit’s efforts in developing process, procedure and routines to resolve customer problems. Engages CCR Internal Controls through audit routines and document retention of their respective organization. Provides direction to the custodial management of parts rooms and redistribution centers.
