  Directed a cross functional team to introduce a new tractor model. I set goals, tasks and deadlines for design, verification/test, safety, marketing, quality, manufacturing, customer service, and supply management team members. Together, we delivered a new product to production, on time and within budget while exceeding customer expectations. In addition, in this role, I led multiple product groups to meet: changing governmental regulations and new customer requirements. I was recruited to be part of special teams used to quickly resolve field issues for various product lines – including field investigations and rapid deployment of critical fixes.   Returned to the family farm in Western PA where I grew up. Our multigenerational family farm was looking to diversify operations. I constructed a business plan and helped to implement a soybean processing facility. Today this facility is fully operational and has gone through three expansions over it’s ten years of operation. I now oversee field operations for our 3600-acre grain farm. This includes daily exercise of my business management, personnel management, human resource, engineering, marketing, supply chain management, chemistry, agronomy, soil health, environmental engineering, as well as public and governmental relation skills – to name a few.
