  Radiocommunications Agency Netherlands is responsible for obtaining and allocating frequency space and monitoring its use.The role I performed was developing the frontend of a GIS-application which had to work on a tablet computer. The software had to be made in Oracle ADF combined with the Esri javascript library.Besides programming I also wrote the project definition according to the PRINCE2 guidelines and was part of the Agile SCRUM group.

  Marcel designed and built the data-platform / marketing automation platform that is used to target specific audiences based upon certain criteria. One of the main goals was to minimise custom development and use AWS services as much as possible. The other main goal was to ensure the platform meets all latest DevOps standards and enable scientists to create- and destroy their infrastructure on-demand. The data that is used and made available for data-scientists, is both extracted from (legacy) corporate systems as online streaming datasources.
