      I was promoted to lead end-to-end implementation, support, maintenance and improvement of the overall quality management system encompassing project QA monitoring as well as staff training.Besides that, I also managed periodic surveillance audits and recertifications programs in maintaining the ISO9001 QMS certification with zero observations. Additionally, I formulated the HR policies and procedures, co-implemented reorganization activities, rolled out the annual staff surveys.       I was redesignated as the Project Quality Management Expert and was later promoted to the role of Associate Director Information Security Compliance where I oversee the internal PQM team setup, staff allocation and resource management, vendor management, stakeholder management along with performance monitoring towards ensuring smooth project implementation.This involves monitoring and ensuring all IT projects are managed in line with set quality and compliance standards as well as IT regulations and procedures.Besides that, I also spearhead annual service review between vendors and Novartis while serving as single point of contact in investigating and resolving all situations.Additionally, I forge close collaboration between teams in ensuring smooth project implementation.Lastly, I lead the refurbishment of the Training Command Center including introducing an array of data migration, Risk & Gap Management along with SAP S4Hana upskilling programs while providing coaching and mentoring to the team.
