      - Support hiring (incl. employment contract preparation) and induction to new staff- Archiving of recruitment documentation (Both soft and hard copy)- Communicate to get required documentation for staff final payment (last timesheet, resign letter, contact termination checklist, check, overview of leave, etc.) when they resign- Follow-up and coordination of recruitment process of a new staff (as stated in PIN internal guidelines)- Assist Senior HR Officer to develop HR recruitment processes and methods (ensuring of effectiveness and transparency)- Conducting interviews (Low-Level & Middle-Level staff) and filtering candidates for open positions- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives- Manage personnel profile both hard and soft document to ensure that those documents are filed and entered properly and privately in HR Database - Assist and advise Senior HR Officer in recruitment processes: Develop Job profile/description, Job Announcement, CV screening, interview arrangement, recruitment reporting, reference check, job offer, prepare employment contract (FDC/UDC) and induction planning. - Conduct the induction and orientation to the new comers - Visa arrangement for expatriate staff and work permit of national staff- Monitoring of all the PIN mission staff employment contracts conditions and informing relevant line manager about the upcoming changes and ask him/her for the action/decision to be taken- Monitoring of annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave of staff- Reminder of upcoming evaluation of the staff - Supervise the collection and archiving of salary documentation incl. timesheets and attendance lists,- Assist in collecting evaluation documentation and their monitoring, ensuring, encouragement of the staff to its fulfilling- Supervise the collection of information about bonuses of the staff- Coordinate on NSSF to make sure it is paid and claimed effectively Show less - Ensuring that Human Resource Policies (incl.
