Led the project from post-concept phase through the stable production phase while ensuring appropriate engineering, six sigma, problem solving practices were followed and implemented. Led cross-functional, matrix driven sub-teams to install and integrate 26 pieces of major capital equipment as part of a lean flow methodology. Working with internal and external suppliers to track project timing, project cost, issue identification, resolution, and recovery plans while respecting risk management strategies.■ Developed and coordinating with multiple Product Managers project plans to achieve the corporate goals and objectives.
