Led cross-functional, matrix driven sub-teams to install and integrate 26 pieces of major capital equipment as part of a lean flow methodology. Working with internal and external suppliers to track project timing, project cost, issue identification, resolution, and recovery plans while respecting risk management strategies.■ Developed and coordinating with multiple Product Managers project plans to achieve the corporate goals and objectives. Actively tracking five to six projects to ensure that dates are being achieved or recovery strategies implemented.
