      The prime objective of this project was to regulate the total cost of ownership about 1300-1600 ₹/ft2 to designate a low-cost housing prototype.       It is a mixed-use proposed development located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia accommodating F&B, supermarkets, cinema facilities extended over 300 m x 200 m.- Proposal of different slab systems by relocating columns to offer an unobstructed route for circulation of loading trucks to meet the infrastructure team’s design intent at B03 level - Setting up the clear load path by sizing column and transfer beams at GL to avoid those columns falling into car park driveway at basement level - Pad footing with stitched raft option proposed over uniform raft to save 0.7 m3/m2 of concrete to resist 7 m of water head below the foundation - Initial sizing of 18 m long steel canopy beams which is supported between corridor columns to make Architect’s vision possible to witness clear sky view at L02 Show less The destination mall is located on the trunk of palm island with 450000 m2 of built-up area and 150000 m2 in retail. I was involved in the construction administration phase to coordinate with ongoing site activities and addressing site RFI’s. Some of the critical queries are mentioned below.- Rerouting of installed BMU track to park machine at the center of floor plate which resulted into retrofitting of existing erected steel beams at roof level of the tower - Connection of façade brackets to RC slab through steel beams to outline correct load path- Feasibility study to quantify car park slab’s reserve strength to withstand max. soil fill - Modification of exiting ramp to extend adjacent staircase where 11 kV live electrical line was running adjacent to the proposed demolition area, the probable catastrophe was disqualified by active coordination with Arch. Show less This project consists of two plots namely B004 & B005 with 5 Towers ranging from 50m to 120m. The site needed to undergo substantial soil improvement as it was a part of lagoon area formerly. - Instrumental to perform soil-structure interaction (SSI) study which validated Raft as a foundation choice to disqualify piles which saved over 1 million AED to the client- Design and conception of tower column supported corbel to support podium slab along expansion joint to eliminate usual double-column arrangement across movement joint - Overall, I was responsible for B005 plot from coordination to drawing delivery Show less A 40 m long steel bridge connects Fountain views (FV) development and Dubai mall shopping complex. It rests on moment frame on FV’s side & other end is supported via corbel to upcoming building where the ultimate aim was to transfer reaction to other end with minimum interruption to future building’s stability.- Feasibility study of different boundary conditions to confirm bridge is stable under EQ & wind induced forces- Vibration analysis to determine the amplitude of acceleration which ensured degree of pedestrian comfort to convince DM authority Show less Two L shaped residential towers are going to be developed in the heart of Dubai hills area. Entire design and authority approval completed within a record time of 3 months. - Piling package issued in 8 batches to have an uninterrupted piling activity as the site was running late by 6 months while attending SMEP coordination, third party and DDA review comments to adhere to stringent deadlines- Formulation of Slender wall design note to validate wall sizes at double-height levels which helped to size wall/columns in future projects in scheme stage itself - Development of in-house spreadsheet to design Pile cap for one-way and punching shear as per CRSI manual Show less

      This world class facility consists of several overpass and underpass bridges and Tunnels in addition to retaining wall sections running over 10 km in length, designed as per AASHTO LRFD, 2017.- Development of spreadsheet in SMath Studio to size cantilever and counterfort retaining wall section ranging from 6m to 20m height such that automatic markups can be prepared for drafting input which are also documented as a part of calculation package- Proportioning and detailing of BR-03 abutments wall and foundation against uplift, sliding, soil bearing stress to meet architectural intent - Design of bridge traffic barrier to withstand TL-4 loading, frontal impact force of car speeding over 250 kmph and forces imparted by attachment of LED TV frame running longitudinally - Design and detailing of 500m long, 10m deep Tunnel TU-02 section to support 5m uniform height of soil fill over roof slab where heavy duty construction vehicles are expected during pavement operation Show less This 94mx24m narrow building serves as a powerhouse facility to nearby located multipurpose arena and indoor sports complex. Hence, this building is designed for importance class IV as per EC8-1. - Responsible for complete package delivery from scheme to tender package - Proposal and design of raft to counteract 5.65m of water pressure as a foundation option over piling, which saved over 1 million AED to client - Steel connection design for 20mx12m canopy located on either side of building Show less
