And delivered in a way that is meeting diverse needs and acknowledging various levels of care.With a strong focus on trauma-informed care, and through the physical and mindful practices of yoga, each individual is met with a blank slate and reminded of their autonomy to explore their practice. We consider ourselves a tour guide here to guide Breathe, some meditation and safety.As founder and a member of this great community, I, Joyce will continue to use the skills I have learned growing up in a world where wellness was not always accessible to my family, as well as the skills I learn moment to moment to strengthen and encourage others on their path to wellness.
