      As the Regional Visual Merchandiser of the North, i am multi skilled in all areas of Visual Merchandising. I work closely with the Creative Director, Regional Sales Manager and Store Managers. I manage a team of display assistants who work with myself to create the correct brand image within all of our current stores and new store. Whilst in this role I-· Creatively dress 18 stores developing commercial and reflective room sets based on each customer bio- Plan all store moves through money mapping and commercial expectations from the business- Liaise with all store and regional mangers in order to brief them on seasonal changes and new product rollouts- Update all floor plans on adobe Illustrator, circulating these to senior figures-Working with the Creative Director to execute cohesive and commercial plans for any store openings liaising with builders, designers, warehouse, logistics and regional managers• Designed new and existing store layouts on illustrator• Prepared all stores for new products by producing and executing a sales driven plan to max- imise to impact of each store• Created concepts within each range through dressing each room set to reflect the target cus- tomer.
