  Worked on MY HOME SAYUK, Tellapur, Hyderabad, India, a Residential project consisting of 12 Towers with each tower possessing 40 floors (G+39) where each floor possesses 8 flats in no (2,2.5 & 3 BHK) with a height of 121 m and total land area of project of 25.37 acres since its inception from Detailed Design Phase to GFSD (Good for Shop Drawing Stage).Formulation of detailed layouts, engineering calculations, schematic flow diagram, equipment specification, documentation and cost estimation for Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Protection building services as per architectural and structural intent.During the project phase, by means of BIM 360 workflow, we were able to achieve reduction in routing of domestic and grey water pipes inside the tower area thereby reducing the procuring cost by 20 % and lowered the quantification of firefighting and plumbing pumps. Amendments done on duct sizes inside the clubhouse area so as to ease the airflow.Regular Monitoring of revisions in constructional drawings and delivering technical as well as revised data to stakeholders and clients. Planning and Organizing work flow with Project Director to meet the target on weekly basis. Coordinating with associate computer-aided technicians and electrical engineers by means of simulation and interference check by Revit to evade intervention of equipment’s and services at the same floor level and height.Worked on Scheme Design Phase on MY HOME AVALI, a residential project of 4 towers each possessing 47 floors (G+46) with each floor possessing two 3 BHK and two 4 BHK flats with a total land area of 8.37 acres.
