  In 2008 and 2009 LEF Future Center, an innovative venue at the Dutch Ministry of Transport Public Works and Watermanagement, hosted a 7-week internship for bachelor and master students. Multidisciplinary international teams were working together to find innovative solutions on complex challenges the ministry was dealing with. My role was very diverse- guiding the students on social activities for team building and knowledge interaction purposes- communication between students, employees, directors and external companies- facilitating creative workshops - research on innovation in bureaucratic organizations from a philosophical point of view.
