      - Responsible for the launch of Air France Skill on Alexa from Amazon making Air France one the first french companies on Alexa. Working with Amazon, Google and Air France teams to offer the best vocal experience and use cases.- Responsible for the launch of Air France automation on Facebook Messenger allowing customers to receive their boarding pass and flight information directly on Messenger. This project won a Hub Awards in 2017 in the marketing and client experience category.
