  • As an experienced AI leader, I have successfully implemented various AI-based projects, including log analysis using linear regression techniques and text mining to establish the relationship between various modules and memory leaks. Through root cause analysis, these efforts led to significant improvements in product performance.• Leveraging text mining and classification techniques such as Latent Dirichlet Allocation and SVM, I led the development of an automatic classification system for helpline tickets. As a result, 90% of ticket assignments were automated, saving considerable manual effort and eliminating monotonous tasks.• In addition to these efforts, I spearheaded the development of an automated log analysis system using text mining and classification techniques. The application accurately classifies machine-learning analysis to categories, ranging from strongly-correct to need-further-manual analysis, to create a more robust system.• By utilizing historical analysis techniques such as tf-idf and k-nearest neighbor algorithm, I led my team to fast solve bugs and duplicate issues, resulting in a streamlined development process.• As a leader, I successfully managed a team of five people to carry out multiple product development activities on STB, including feature development activities.
