      Managed the maintenance efforts of 435 Sailors and Marines supporting 34 F/A-18A-F aircraft during three Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (TOPGUN) courses, which enabled the successful completion of 2,646 sorties, 2,699 flight hours and expenditure of 275 tons of ordnance, qualifying 33 Naval Aviation Tacticians.Coordinated the conversion from one personnel tracking system to another ensuring critical manning requirements were filled, leading to 99 percent fit fill rate.Initiated new augment maintenance personnel training processes to increase efficiency, qualification tracking and monitoring. His efforts were instrumental in the establishment of procedural standardization, improving Advanced Skill Management processes across the Strike Fighter community.Synchronized the efforts of 32 permanent party and augment QARs completing 112 work center/program audits and seven safety investigations, ensuring compliance with NAMP requirements. Managed flight line operations and maintenance for 11 F/A-18E/F aircraft the 01-17 Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor course. Personally enabled the execution of 760 sorties, 79 during 4 flight hours, and the expenditure of 103 tons of ordnance, qualifying nine "TOPGUN" aircrew.Qualified of five Plane Captains, two 310 CDIs, four Final Checkers, and 37 SE qualification, increasing mission productivity and readiness by 20%. His actions led to an impressive 96% sortie completion rate during a 2020 Western Pacific deployment onboard USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN 71).Managed nine squadrons as the 2020 Air Wing Fallon NALCOMIS OOMA System Administrative representative, his efforts led to ZERO system or network downtime.As a system administrator two complicated NALCOMIS OOMA Server issues, which included a complete server rebuild, which normally takes three to four days to complete, were completed and running within 24 hours.Executed the planning, analysis, design, data modeling, configuration, development, and integration, maintenance, of system upgrades.Mentorship resulted in four Safe for Flight personnel, 100 percent AZ Apprentice and Journeymen and Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist completions, four Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medals, one Sailor of the Year, three Sailor of the Quarters, two Sailors of Months, and three Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist designations.Participated in the Navy Advancement Center's "AZ" rating Advancement Examination Readiness Review.
