  BTL Engineering Services, Inc., has provided various types of soil and concrete testing in accordance with AASHTO and ASTM, Florida DOT standards. A sample of testing performed in our laboratory and field includes Density Testing (Compaction), Limerock Bearing Ratio (LBR), Concrete Compressive Strength Testing, Asphalt Extraction and Gradation, Bolt & Weld Inspection (Visual) and much more. We also provide Standard Penetration Test (SPT) borings to investigate for existing geologic hazards and the presence of poor soil conditions or other factors that may affect the improvements proposed for the site. Construction recommendations including fill placement, subgrade preparation, foundation construction requirements, maximum allowable soil bearing pressure and other items are included in our reports along with remediation requirements, if needed, are provided as well.Over the course of 20+ years, BTL Engineering Services as completed soil investigations and testing on several projects in Busch Gardens, Tampa, FL, including Falcon Fury, Sheikra, Cheetah Hunt, Montu & Kumba BTL Engineering has been in business since 1976 and throughout the years we have completed many soil investigations and testing on single family residences, commercial sites and subdivisions.Territories we cover are Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk and Manatee Counties.
