  I developed and launched the BT Wholesale Prepaid Card offering to compliment BTs renowned Chargecard service. This was to compete and provide an alternative in the increasingly competitive prepaid calling card market. I created the virtual team from across the business, secured BT PPG board investment, built and implemented the product while ensuring that it met strict regulatory requirements. In life responsibilities of the BT Conferencing Desktop VC, Bridging and ATM services. Duties included product & sales training, marketing, events, supplier management, pricing and propositions and managing the end to end lifecycle of each product from inception to retirement. Previous responsibilities in BT included customer events development and delivery as well as product and competitive marketing.
