  Ted Logan joined The Reliant Group in 2018 and serves as Director of Construction for Reliant Group Management. He is responsible for company-wide construction and rehabilitation projects. He is also focused on preconstruction efforts including; establishing scopes for major renovation projects, facilitating all aspects of new construction, evaluating and selecting General Contractors and Architects and negotiating construction contracts. Ted brings over 20 years of design, construction and management experience to Reliant Group Management. He gained extensive large-scale public construction experience while Project Executive at Project Frog. He has worked for innovative green building companies in the construction industry, in public, commercial, and residential building including his tenure as Director of Construction for Blu Homes, a modern pre-fabricated home builder. He has a BS in Architectural Design from Arizona State University and is a licensed General Contractor. He is a long-time San Francisco resident and has raised his three children in the City.The Reliant Group acquires, builds and renovates affordable and market rate multi-family housing.
