Added to these categories is a ToT program that supports the Ministry of Education in Jordan to achieve a successful sustainable professional development model by means of empowering trainers in the ministry who will continue the implementation of the programs upon the conclusion of the five years.My as project manager is covering all program logistical operations related to the implementation and the evaluation of the different customized programs in all areas. ­ ChangeAgents Master Training Program: A 6-month-program that qualifies and authorizes CADER’s Master Trainers to be ChangeAgents in the field of education and professional development.­ The project of teachers’ professional development program for teachers in Qatar Independent Schools: this project includes in its first part training around 250 teachers in 12 independent schools on integrating ICT and modern pedagogies in their classrooms and on the best utilization of LMS in the education process, and in its second part training 25 teachers as schools e-leaders.My role in this project started from proposal development and budgeting and then the project management task related to logistical operation and planning for CADER trainer’s team working on the project.
