      As a Customer Service Technician I performed disassembly, troubleshooting, repair, and reassembly of various business equipment solutions. These solutions included copiers, facsimile, printers, scanners, and electronic document storage solutions. Performance of service duties delivered service to an average of 126 service sites weekly. These services required coordinating with customers, internal call-center personnel, and management in order to deliver state-wide service in a timely manner. Technician duties required knowledge and usage of various hand tools, and electronic troubleshooting devices such as voltmeters and software diagnostic tools. Every service call required proper and factual documentation to include accurate problem description, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolution.
