As the Product Manager, my primary responsibilities include ensuring cross-functional alignment of product development initiatives, analyzing portfolio performance to inform data driven decisions, and balancing customer needs with the long-term vision of the organization by overseeing and prioritizing product lifecycle management projects. In this role I worked with UX/UI developers and software engineers on website and software integration projects, and served as the primary writer for all promotional campaigns including two printed catalogs, a complete website redesign, the launch of multiple social media platforms, and email marketing. This experience allowed me the opportunity to identify and resolve pre- and post-installation technical challenges by conducting root cause analysis and coordinating resolution with vendors, external customers, and internal departments. Additionally, I created an maintained technical documentation for products including installation instructions, specification sheets, and photometry.
